1.2) Purposes and type of personal data collected
Dayprise (https://dayprise.com/ ) may process all or part of the data:
- To allow the creation of an account and the use of the platform (name, first name, date of birth). The information of name, first name and date of birth allows to unlock the videos made for the birthday of the user at the right date. These data are and will remain confidential however they are public in the application on your personal profile.
- To carry out information and communication campaigns internal to our products (e-mail address, landline or cell phone number). The information of the e-mail address and telephone number is simply used to inform the user about the possible new major option or new features implemented by the platform. No additional advertising or spam will be sent.
- To improve the development of the system (the localization of users allows to offer new languages), to prevent the risk of fraud and to ensure the authenticity of the user (IP address). Dayprise (https://dayprise.com/ ) does not commercialize your personal data, which is therefore only used out of necessity.
1.3) Storage period of personal data
The storage period of personal data does not exceed a period of 2 years from the last activity / connection of the user on the platform. At the end of this period, they will be archived for an additional period of 2 years and then deleted.
1.4) Non-disclosure of personal data
Dayprise (https://dayprise.com/) will not process, host or transfer customer information collected to a country outside the European Union for European citizens. All European user data is stored in Europe. No customer's personal information is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold in any medium whatsoever to third parties. Dayprise (https://dayprise.com/ ) undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the user's information is brought to the attention of Dayprise (https://dayprise.com/ ), it shall inform the user as soon as possible and inform him/her of the corrective measures taken.

1.6) Your rights

- Right of deletion or erasure (article 17 RGPD)
- Right to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 RGPD).
- Right to object to the processing of personal data (article 21 RGPD).
- Right to the portability of the personal data provided, when these data are subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract (article 20 RGPD). As soon as Dayprise (https://dayprise.com/) becomes aware of the death of a user and in the absence of instructions from the user, the user undertakes to destroy his or her data, unless it is necessary to retain it for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

In this case, the user must indicate the personal data that he or she would like to correct, update, or delete, identifying himself or herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
1.7) Security
